My appointment was later in the morning and Dr Dowling never seemed rushed, even though it was close to lunch time. He listened and took the time to explain everything to us. I was never made to feel my concerns were not valid.

Dr. Dowling offers options and we talk through choices made. He shares stories & experiences that give me insight to make the best choices for me. His explanations are thorough yet very understandable. I have every confidence that I am in great care!
