My only 2 complaints are: no wheelchairs were available at the entrance of the building and the elevator is very small for the wheelchairs! Other than that everything & everyone was nice, polite & kind! Thanks

Dr Chappell is a fine doctor he cares about his patients
I spent most of my attention trying to decide if this was the same Dr. Chappell I saw two years ago. I finally decided it was his son since names were the same. He was too clinical for my personality. I want a doctor who is professional and he was that. He could be a bit more personable. I wasn't comfortable enough to ask questions.

Dr. Chappell was great. The amount of time I waited between the nurse finishing her duties and the doctor coming into the room to see me, was probably a 25 to 30 minute wait. I would rather wait in the waiting room than spend all that time waiting on the doctor. Very frustrating. It felt like I had been forgotten.
