Randy Charles Lavender, MD

Dr. Randy Lavender, Jr. is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacements, revision surgeries, and advanced robotic-assisted procedures. With extensive experience in general orthopedic surgery, he is committed to helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life through personalized, evidence-based care.

A decorated veteran of the U.S. Army, Dr. Lavender brings discipline, precision, and compassion to every patient interaction. He earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Orlando Health, Orlando Regional Medical Center, a Level I trauma center. Following residency, he pursued advanced fellowship training in adult reconstructive surgery at New England Baptist Hospital in Boston, focusing on complex hip and knee procedures.

Dr. Lavender is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and licensed to practice in Georgia. His background includes service in Iraq and numerous military honors, reflecting his dedication and leadership.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Lavender enjoys fishing, hunting, competitive barbeque, and hiking with his wife and three children.
