Good Samaritan Primary Care

Good Samaritan Primary Care is focused on becoming a partner with our patients, with a goal of enhancing your
total body health. We advocate for our patients, and work to help you achieve a state of optimum overall health. It
is also our goal to educate members of our community about wellness and healthcare options by empowering each
patient to become an active participant in the creation of his or her own ideal health.

It is our pleasure to offer a full range of services for children and adults. As board-certified physicians, we serve
as the patient’s advocate and health care coordinator while working closely with other specialties. A full range of
diagnostic testing capabilities are available to diagnose, treat, and prevent diseases.

Appointment Information

All patients are scheduled by appointment only. Although we make every effort to honor your appointment time, we hope
you understand emergencies arise. If there are delays, we will inform you as soon as possible. If you need to cancel
or reschedule an appointment, please do so as far in advance as possible.

If you are a new patient coming into our office, please arrive at your appointment 30 minutes early to allow for completion of registration. Please keep us updated with any changes to your name, address, telephone number or insurance information in order to maintain accurate information in your medical record.
