About
Dr. Johnson is board-certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He received his medical education from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 1977, and completed his internship in 1978 and his residency in 1980, both at Malcolm Grow Medical Center at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland.
He served as a military flight surgeon and family physician for eight years. A native Athenian, Dr. Johnson has practiced medicine in Athens since 1985.
