All patients are scheduled by appointment only. Although we make every effort to honor your appointment time, we hope you understand that emergencies arise. If there are delays, we will inform you as soon as possible. If you should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so as far in advance as possible. We do require patients to notify our office within 24 hours before their appointment, or they will be considered a no-show.
The office of Clear Creek OBGYN has permanently closed as of 10/24/2025. As well as our Labor and Delivery Services at Sacred Heart Hospital which closed as of Monday 10/27/25.
Your medical records will continue to be available to you. To access your Clear Creek OBGYN clinic medical records, contact the MRO Corp at 610-994-7500. To access your Sacred Heart Hospital medical records, you can log into your MyChart or contact Release of Information at 706-389-3360.
If you have insurance, please contact your insurance provider to confirm which practices and hospitals in the region are in network with your plan.
