About this event

This comprehensive class is designed to equip you and your partner to become active participants in the birth of your baby. The course will take place over two days. The $50 course fee covers both dates. By registering once you'll be enrolled in both sessions.


St. Mary’s Childbirth Education classes are taught by a childbirth nurse educator. This comprehensive class is designed to equip you and your partner to become active participants in the birth of your baby. You will leave feeling more at ease with the birth process and confident in your body’s ability to do so. You should take this class two months before your due date. 

Please note: Contact Melissa McDaniel at (706) 389-3389 with St. Mary's Prenatal Registration to pay for your class fees. You are NOT registered for classes until payment is received.
Location: St. Mary’s Hospital Assembly Rooms
Cost:  $50 per couple, includes parking fees

Please register under only the expectant mothers name. You are allowed one adult support person for this class at no additional charge. Do not add an additional member during registration, one registration is valid for both the mother and her support person.
